Yassin's Poems

When the enemy tried
To wipe us out by genocide,
And destroyed our Land,
They attacked us in many ways.

But our Youth, they rose up
To protect our blood,
They were singing proudly:

“No one is allowed to cry -
Maybe they will murder us,
But surely we never die.”

Today what can we say?
People crying, mothers crying
For their children still are dying.

Kurds fighting each other,
No martyrs,
All are Losers.
