DEVIL IN THE MIDDLE
I am crying, so is she.
She is alone, just like me.
For her, I am really sorry.
For me, she is full of worry.
But still we stay apart!
My life is suffering,
Hers is full of pain.
My heart is slowly melting,
She is losing patience.
But still we do not meet!
My day is equal to the night,
Waiting to see her eyes’light.
She is looking for my answer,
I want her at my side,
But still we are not together!
The whole night I will pray.
She is my heart and all my feelings.
The whole day she will cry,
I am her only concern.
But still we have no contact!
It seems the devil is between,
Preventing us from meeting.
We did not choose separation.
For no reason are we waiting,
But still we stay apart!
