HAPPINESS
For a long time
I studied theory,
And read philosophy,
Searching many different paths
For my heart’s tranquility,
And a little peace in my mind.
After long struggling
I came to the conclusion
That I was traveling in the wrong direction.
I turned around,
Started using my mind
With God’s book side by side.
Now I know my duty,
I am strong, I am happy.
Sky, sun, moon,
Mountain, river and tree,
Birds, wind – all that I can see
Tells me of my Lord.
God’s power and beauty.
