HERE AND THERE
Here in the East -
Bread and clean water,
Medicine, electricity,
Peace and security
Are what most people need.
But in the West their life is
Sex and drugs and wine,
There is little joy to find,
People are looking
For peace of mind.
Here and There,
In different ways,
And for different reasons,
Human beings are suffering.
